Processing Time:
For swift delivery, orders placed before 2:30 PM on business days will be promptly processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day for your convenience. We are committed to getting your supplements to you in the shortest possible time frame.

Shipping Options:
We offer two types of delivery services, Royal Mail standard shipping tracked for all UK mainland (England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Scottish Islands & Highlands) orders up to 2kg. Delivery times for standard shipping typically range from 2-3 business days. 

DPD Next Day Delivery Service available for all UK mainland (England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Scottish Islands & Highlands) orders placed before 2:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday (Excludes Bank holidays). Orders placed on Friday before 2:30 p.m. will be delivered on Monday.

Shipping Costs:
We offer Free delivery on orders over £59.90 to UK mainland (England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Scottish Islands & Highlands). For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be £3.95. For orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands, we offer free standard delivery (2-3 Business Days) on orders over £99.90. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be £8.90. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to their nature or legal requirements. We comply with all relevant regulations and restrictions for shipping certain items, and any affected products will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Undelivered Packages:
In the event of an undelivered package, we will make every effort to assist you in locating the shipment or arranging for re-delivery. If your package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, we will process a refund minus the shipping or offer an alternative solution in accordance with our policies. If your parcel is sent back to us and you would like it to be sent out once more you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost.

Address Accuracy:
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Suppist will not be responsible for any delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping:
At present, Suppist operates within the UK only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
