Orders & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from a UK-based warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the UK mainland.

To keep Suppist focused on what matters most — sourcing exceptional supplements and taking great care of our customers — we work with a trusted fulfilment partner. This means that when your order is on its way, the sender may appear as Fulfillment Plus rather than Suppist. Rest assured, it is still 100% a Suppist order, packed and shipped according to our standards.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Remote or rural areas of Scotland

We’re actively reviewing expansion options and will update this page if delivery zones change.

How long does delivery take?

We offer two UK mainland delivery options:

  • DPD Next Day Delivery
  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)

Orders placed before 2:30pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £59.90. The applicable delivery threshold is always clearly displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Are your supplements safe to use?

All products we sell comply with UK and EU regulations for food supplements.

Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Are your supplements tested for quality?

Many of the brands we stock follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and use third-party testing. Where available, testing and certification details are clearly stated on the product page or product packaging.

Ingredients & Suitability

Are your products vegan or vegetarian?

Yes. We stock a wide range of vegetarian and vegan supplements. You can filter products by dietary preference on our collection pages, and each product page clearly states suitability.

Do you sell gluten-free or allergen-free supplements?

Yes. Many of our products are free from common allergens such as gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial additives. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, always review the ingredient list on the product page before purchasing.

Are your supplements halal or kosher?

Some products are halal or kosher certified. Where applicable, this is clearly marked on the product page. If certification is important to you and you’re unsure about a product, our support team will be happy to help.

Usage & Guidance

How do I know which supplement is right for me?

Choosing supplements depends on your individual needs, lifestyle, and goals. Our product descriptions, filters, and educational content are designed to help you make informed choices.

For personalised support, we also offer a Bespoke Supplement Program , where a qualified nutritionist helps you build a supplement plan tailored specifically to you.

Can I take multiple supplements together?

Many supplements can be taken together, but dosage and interactions matter.

At Suppist, we believe in the power of three: we recommend taking no more than three targeted supplements at one time. This helps you better understand what’s working, avoid unnecessary overlap, and make adjustments if needed.

If something isn’t delivering results, it’s often better to remove it and reassess rather than continuously adding more.

When will I start noticing results?

Results vary depending on the supplement, dosage, and individual factors. Some nutrients may show benefits within days or weeks, while others require consistent use over time.

If a supplement is taken to address a specific concern (rather than general maintenance), we recommend reassessing after up to three months. If no meaningful improvement is noticed within that timeframe, it may be time to pivot and explore a different approach.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, much like returning an item to a physical shop.

Some large retailers offer free returns, and we admire that. When Suppist grows to that scale, we promise we’ll do the same 😉

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach our support team via email or live chat. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, offering clear, thoughtful, and human support — no scripts, no bots.

What if my parcel is lost in transit?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual amount of time, or your parcel appears lost, please contact us with your order number.

Because deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (DPD or Royal Mail), we’ll open an investigation and submit a claim on your behalf. Couriers typically take up to 48 hours to attempt to locate the parcel once an enquiry is raised.

As soon as we have an outcome, we’ll email you with a clear resolution — whether that’s delivery confirmation, a replacement, or a refund where appropriate.

Trust & Transparency

Are supplements regulated in the UK?

Yes. Food supplements are regulated in the UK and must meet strict safety, quality, and labelling requirements. All products sold on Suppist comply with current UK legislation.

Can supplements replace a healthy diet?

No. Supplements are designed to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle — not replace them.

Do you provide medical advice?

No. We do not provide medical advice. All information on our website is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.
